If you've prepared beforehand with the ZOOM TIPS ❯ below, the the Zoom app installed on your computer will launch and join you to the webinar!
We recommend viewing webinars on your computer. We may display a QR code for you to sign in with to receive credit. If you're watching on your phone, you won't be able to scan the QR code!
Install and/or open the Zoom app on your computer at least 10 minutes BEFORE the meeting to install any updates Zoom notifies you of.
Test your camera & microphone before the webinar. We love it when we have faces in our webinars, and we may require your camera to be on for credit!
We want to ensure that everyone, both students AND instructors, have a productive & respectful learning experience. Here are some guidelines to help make the most out of your time with us...
Please have your camera turned on during our Zoom sessions. Teaching to an empty room is no fun for instructors! If you need to take a call or take a break, you're more than welcome to turn off your camera while you briefly step away!
Please keep your microphone muted when not speaking. We do love interaction, so please use Zoom's chat feature to ask questions, and you're more than welcome to unmute to ask question when the instructor allows!
Find a quiet and conducive environment for attending the sessions. Minimize background noise and distractions to stay focused and fully participate in discussions and activities.
